• When setting up an account and/or making a purchase, you must provide CA&A accurate and complete information. This means that you cannot set up an account using someone else’s name or contact information, and in no event can you set up an account using a fraudulent name or fraudulent contact information. You are completely responsible for your account and everything that happens on your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify CA&A immediately. • When you place your order on our website, you must supply name, email address, billing address, phone number and shipping address (if different from billing address) information. By making a purchase, you become a registered user of caassociates.ca and the information mentioned above is stored in our database.

 

• When you make a purchase through this website, we may collect the following information: e-mail address, billing address, mailing address, pseudonyms, phone number, caassoicates.ca password, personal preferences, group affiliations, payment, and billing information. We use third party freight providers to deliver your purchases, and accordingly we share your name, phone number, email address and shipping address with such providers for the purposes of completing your delivery

Method of Payment

 

• You agree to pay CA&A the amount set out as the “TOTAL PAID” in your order summary (the “Fee”). The Fee is quoted in Canadian dollars and includes shipping and handling and all applicable taxes which you are responsible for paying.

 

• All payments for orders shall be made using credit cards or debit cards. You authorize CA&A (and CA&A’s designated payment processor) to charge the applicable card for the Fee and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder of the applicable card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped, and CA&A will have no obligation to fulfill your order.

 

• You also authorize CA&A (and CA&A’s designated payment processor) to collect and store your credit card or debit card number, along with other related transaction information for use in connection with your current order and future purchases made through your account.

 

• CA&A may obtain a pre-approval from the issuer of the card for an amount up to the amount of the Fee. CA&A will bill your credit or debit card at the time of purchase or shortly after. If you cancel a transaction before completing it, that pre-approval may result in your funds not otherwise being immediately available.

 

Shipping

 

• Orders are subject to a shipping fee. Free shipping on orders of or over $250 CAD

 

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays observed by CA&A.

• Standard Shipping with a tracking number will be provided for Canadian orders. Orders should arrive at your location between 2 to 9 business days (excluding remote locations).

 

• Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote locations). Our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible. Priority Shipping will deliver your package and a tracking number will be provided.

 

Order Cancellations

 

• Customers may cancel their orders at no cost before they are being shipped.

 

Returns

 

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may request for product returns for unopened items by contacting our support team at support@caassociates.ca. to obtain a return confirmation code for completing such transactions. All returns must be sent shipping fees prepaid within 30 days of the date received.
